UGCHooks writes social posts from a public product link you give us and lets you render them with our media library. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your link and your posts

Only submit links to products you own or are allowed to promote. You are responsible for the posts you publish, including checking that every claim is true for your product. We generate text from your page and never knowingly invent facts, but you should review each post before publishing.

Media library

The reaction clips in hook videos and the photos in the library are licensed to you for use inside posts you create with UGCHooks to promote your own products or your clients' products, in organic social posts and paid ads. The people in the reaction clips are generated for our library, not real customers: don't present them as real people giving a testimonial or endorsement. You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the clips or photos on their own.

GIF memes use well-known meme clips from internet culture. We don't own those clips and can't license them to you: you decide whether and where to post them and are responsible for that use, particularly in paid ads.

Credits and refunds

One credit unlocks 100 posts for one product link. Credits are one-time purchases and do not expire. If something went wrong with a batch, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund the credit.

Fair use

Free batches are limited per visitor per day. We may limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service or submit unlawful content.
